it continues. The book (Link), where I 2,5 Months have worked long, has been submitted and will appear on time in September. The garden is revamped, the dike (at least half) mowed and screed made in the cultivation. In short: The cockpit is done - now we can at our beloved “Maverick” further tinkering.

She is still alone in the hall and should now be dried more than sufficient. Today I got the part shown. Ein Probe Quad Ratmeter Kevlar Matte, some of which will follow. The material thickness (170g/m²) has excellent. Thus, the hull will be much more resistant to impact. Two layers are planned, on each bow, on the front of the keel and the skeg. Do not know, whether each one has stepped up its GRP yacht in this way - but that is certainly good work.

Will float “Maverick” certainly not until August. If at all. A crack in the skeg will cost a little more work, than expected. But no matter, when she swims - the main thing, it is so, that we can rely on them in any width.
